Résultats et livrables attendus

Phase 1: Project Plan: Students will meet with organization representative(s) to devise the project scope and prepare a detailed plan for completion of the project.

Phase 2: Project Execution: Students will work on deliverables outlined in the project plan. Teams will periodically communicate with organization representative(s) to complete project tasks.

Phase 3: Outcome - Report and Presentation: Students will submit a detailed 15-page report on the outcomes of the project. Teams will also present this in the last class. Organizations are provided with the presentation slides and final report, and are invited to schedule a time to meet with the team for follow-up.

Students will work in teams over the course of the an entire semester on the challenge or opportunity you've identified

Backed by their knowledgeable instructor, the students will use their business education to address your unique needs -- all while gaining real-world experience and learning what it's like to work with an innovative company.

At the end of the semester, the students will prepare a comprehensive report summarizing their work and recommendations.

Potential scopes for this project can include, but are not limited to;

  • identifying and evaluating potential customer profiles and/or market segments,
  • developing marketing strategies and competitive analyses,
  • researching potential partners and channels,
  • surveying potential customers, and
  • any other related ideas you may want help with (note, these will need to be approved by the instructor).
