Experience Overview:

This experience enables learners to apply organizational consulting and change management principles to real-world business challenges. Students will work in teams over the next 7 months to analyze organizational issues, develop actionable solutions, and present recommendations to employers. Through this project, businesses gain fresh insights into their change management strategies, while learners develop hands-on consulting experience.

Learners will engage in a consulting-style project aligned with an organization's current change management needs. Deliverables could include but are not limited to:

  • Consulting Report: A detailed assessment of the organization’s challenges and proposed strategies for improvement.
  • Change Management Plan: A structured roadmap outlining recommendations and implementation steps.
  • Stakeholder Analysis: Identification of key stakeholders and strategies for managing resistance to change.
  • Final Presentation: Professional presentation of findings and recommendations to the employer.
