Exigances
Students can complete a substantial project or responsibility for your organization over the placement period. We suggest providing a starting project, but as the placement goes on there may be other duties or projects the student is asked to complete as well. Providing a central project creates a structure for the internship, and gives the student (and company) a tangible goal and outcome.
Program outline
Undergraduate students who have generally fully completed their third and sometimes the fourth year of the Bachelor of Commerce (SPAD) program may choose to participate in this program. Students have the opportunity to apply classroom concepts to the challenges of business life as they gain valuable, relevant work experience as an intern student within your organization. Students can work in a variety of areas:
- Finance
- Analytics
- Human Resources
- Marketing
- Sponsorships
- Partnerships and Sales
- Communications
- Event & Operations
