The course aims to cultivate initiative and creativity while preparing them for real-world challenges in aerospace. Through this collaboration, employers can guide and mentor future engineers while benefiting from innovative solutions tailored to industry needs.
Employers are expected to maintain regular communication with learners, providing guidance and necessary project information. Additionally, employers should be available for the final presentation and offer constructive feedback to the student teams through the Riipen platform.

- A comprehensive final report detailing the students' findings and recommendations.
- A final presentation where students showcase their project outcomes and respond to any questions from the employer.
