This experience offers your organization the opportunity to collaborate with a team of five MBA students who are eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world business challenges. These students are equipped with skills in competitive analysis, business strategy, risk assessment, and market research. Over the course of 125 hours, they will work to address a specific business opportunity or problem in areas such as marketing, strategy, talent management, IT strategy, new product development, or foreign market entry. The goal is to provide actionable insights and strategies that can be implemented to enhance your organization's operations or market position.
