This experience equipped me with skills I could not have gained in the classroom alone. Taking the lead in areas of my strength empowered me and boosted my confidence by reaffirming that my abilities are valuable beyond academia. At the same time, supporting others in areas unfamiliar to me was a powerful learning experience - I discovered new tools, applications, and technologies I can apply in other environments. My biggest takeaway is a shift in perspective: what may feel like hitting a wall is often an opportunity to pause and ask, 'Why?' I highly recommend Ray and this experience to students at any level who want to grow and polish their skills. I would do it again in a heartbeat - 10/10!
