I loved the opportunity to immerse myself in the company's goals, especially in conducting their social media analysis for this project. It would've been great to have had the final meeting to share all we discovered and obtain feedback, perhaps even conducting further follow up to actually develop the Loyalty program and continue working on it until accomplishing its desired goals.
