Project Title:

AI-Powered Innovation for Inclusive Employment


Project Description:

This project explores how artificial intelligence can transform inclusive employment for the 1.3 billion people with disabilities globally, including over 600 million who are unemployed. Enabled Talent is an AI-powered job platform connecting individuals with disabilities to meaningful work through adaptive tools, job-matching algorithms, and accessibility-first design.


Learners will review current AI technologies in job matching, accessibility, and adaptive learning, and assess opportunities to enhance platform features through software development, UI/UX design, app development, and data analysis. The goal is to provide insights and recommendations that advance Enabled Talent’s mission and market reach.

Livrables


The project will culminate in a detailed report and stakeholder presentation that offers strategic direction for Enabled Talent’s growth through AI innovation. Key deliverables will include:


  1. A comprehensive analysis of existing AI technologies used in job matching, accessibility, and adaptive learning for people with disabilities.
  2. A landscape review of inclusive employment platforms and emerging AI solutions.
  3. Evaluation of the effectiveness and scalability of AI tools in improving employment outcomes for persons with disabilities.
  4. Identification of global and regional market trends relevant to AI-driven inclusive hiring.
  5. Data-backed insights into the employment gap affecting 1.3 billion people with disabilities, including over 600 million unemployed globally.
  6. Strategic growth opportunities for Enabled Talent based on AI adoption and tech-enabled service delivery.
  7. User experience and accessibility improvement recommendations based on UI/UX best practices.
  8. Suggested features or system enhancements to support software and app development priorities.
  9. Risk and ethical considerations related to AI deployment in inclusive hiring.
  10. A professional presentation summarizing all findings and recommendations for Enabled Talent’s team and stakeholders.
