Docusys Corporation is a consulting B2B company that has relied on word of mouth for sales. We have decided to grow the company and require assistance in our sales strategy that includes researching new prospects, identifying key contacts and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting in our target market.

Livrables

Providing a report that outlines the sales and digital marketing strategies in order for us to reach our target market.

The report shall include a competitor analysis and recommendation for improving our sales and marketing activities that will lead to business growth.

Mentorat

Students will be provided information about the company and its current situation. The student will have access to the President who will provide answers to the student's requests. This position is a remote position for students that want to work independently. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
