As our organization continues to grow, it is important for us to stay up to date with our tools and processes for employee management. We have a desire to focus specifically on our performance evaluation tool. The goal is for this tool to be interactive, user-friendly and relevant to our staff to assist with adoption.

We want to use this opportunity to create a preliminary redesign of this tool to ensure targets, goals and performance issues are being documented and called upon.


Through this collaboration, we would like to develop a plan that addresses three key areas:

(1) the needs and challenges of effective performance management/evaluation

(2) research and identify performance management options available that might suit the needs of our team

(3) a rollout/pilot plan that identifying what our team needs to consider in adopting a new tool
