HockeyStickMan is looking to expand its market reach by entering the European market with its Pro Blackout hockey sticks and gear. The objective of this project is to conduct comprehensive market research to understand the landscape of hockey equipment sales in Europe. This includes analyzing the number of hockey players, the GDP of various countries, existing competition, and business logistics. The goal is to develop a well-informed strategy that will enable HockeyStickMan to successfully introduce and sell its products in Europe. The project will provide learners with an opportunity to apply their classroom knowledge in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.



Key tasks include:


- Identifying key markets within Europe based on the number of hockey players and GDP.


- Analyzing the competitive landscape to understand existing players and market share.


- Evaluating business logistics such as distribution channels, import regulations, and potential partnerships.


- Developing a strategic plan for market entry, including marketing and sales strategies.

Livrables

The project will result in a comprehensive market research report and a strategic plan for entering the European market. Deliverables include:



- A detailed market analysis report covering key markets, competition, and business logistics.


- A strategic plan outlining the steps for market entry, including marketing and sales strategies.


- A presentation summarizing the findings and recommendations for HockeyStickMan's leadership team.



These deliverables will provide HockeyStickMan with actionable insights and a clear roadmap for successfully launching its Pro Blackout hockey sticks and gear in Europe.
