- Create and implement digital strategies to help scale member participation, connections and content sharing.

-Support new members by sharing our How-To videos, step-by-step onboarding, member introductions and hand-holding.

- Apply user feedback, community listening and engagement - to grow and nurture the digital platform.

- Ensure that everything we do is grounded in member's needs - apply understanding, feedback and insights.

- Provide Content and UX improvements to support community member engagement.

- Prepare task objective and review, to be submitted weekly

- Daily; update and upload content to Farmer.Community digital platform

- Evaluate onboarding process for digital community and recommend new efficiencies

- Develop welcome initiatives for new community members to increase engagement and interaction.

- Suggest ways to more efficiently deliver partner's digital assets, events and information.

- Devise enhanced methods to encourage member participation in member polls, Q&As, webinars, events and more

- Coordinate and execute 3rd party integrations

- Takes direction from the project manager

Weekly team meetings to monitor student progress and provide support. < required

A representative of the company will be available to answer questions from students in a timely manner for the duration of the project
