It’s important for us to have a better understanding of how our target audience knows of and perceives our brand versus competitors. We want to develop clarity on our competitor’s strengths and their marketing tactics to better optimize our marketing strategy. We are a global tutoring brand in 15 countries world-wide but our main focus is North America and the UK.
We believe this project will involve:
- A complete brand and competitor analysis, including identifying our current and future competitors and their market share as well as all marketing/advertising tactics
- Building a competition portfolio of our competitors, their features, advertising campaigns (both digital and traditional), services, price, customer service, and logistics.
· Develop strategic recommendations to support your success in the market through marketing
- Understand the opportunities and threats currently facing your brand.
- Provide a comprehensive understanding of the competitors in our space and how we can differentiate.
