Student will improve the processes internally and align the objectives of the company at hand by supportive involvement and proactive attendance to the needs of the Owner to progress business needs.


To establish organization within the shared documents and companies online filing system.


To assist the staff and internal communications and data flow processes within the company.

Livrables

HR Support: Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

Work with Cyber interns to create the password list and make the updates as recommended making sure to document each domain, user, password and authenticator if applicable

Database Management: Compile and update employee records.

Offer assistance to various corporate projects to ensure project deliverables are timely and efficient processes are being used.

Support the reporting tool integration and streamline, compile and back up all corporate files as we move to one system for data storage, security protections, project mgmt and task mgmt.

Complete online applications for the company for grants and other collaborative opportunities for funding, development, growth, PR, etc.

Assist with any communication or researching needed for the general affairs of the business.

Assist with any recruitment, onboarding, communication and data entry required as necessary

Attend company Board Meetings and act as Secretary to the Directors while completing the general minutes for each session.
