Klerk offers innovative solutions to both businesses and consumers. For shoppers, the app

eliminates the hassle of paper receipts by digitizing transactions, allowing them to conveniently access and manage their purchase history within the app. Additionally, our centralized loyalty

program ensures that shoppers can easily earn and redeem personalized rewards across

various local businesses, enhancing their overall shopping experience and therefore

eliminating the need of marketing strategies utilizing paper.

Klerk also addresses the pressing needs of local businesses in the current market by

providing solutions to two significant challenges: the elimination of paper receipts and the

struggle with ineffective traditional marketing. Klerk streamlines operations for local businesses by digitizing transactions and centralizing loyalty programs.

Final deliverables:

• A fully functional mobile app for shoppers which would keep track of their loyalty points,

receipt history and personalized offers based on their purchase history .

• A web application which will be provided to local businesses partnered with Klerk,

consisting of various dashboards for sales metrics to grow their revenue.

• Training materials and support documentation for businesses to adopt the new system.
