user experience (ux) user interface (ui) usabilityWe would like insights on how user-friendly our website is and especially how we can improve the ordering process. We believe the best way to understand our website’s usability is through studying the User Experience and User Interface. We would like to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of our website to identify ways to improve the user journey, incentivize our desired outcomes, and increase user satisfaction. Project Time: 80 hours.
We are particularly interested in the following areas:
- The checkout process
- The registration process
- The site search feature
- Integration with the Vendor's systems
The final deliverables should take the form of:
- A final report.
- A 30-minute presentation.
You will connect directly with the employer for mentorship throughout the project. All the required cloud tools and products will be provided.
