The goal of this project is to enhance the user experience of the PrivateMarkets.ai platform by optimizing its interface and functionality for investors and General Partners (GPs). The platform currently facilitates connections through curated deal flow, streamlined syndication, and data-driven insights. However, there is an opportunity to improve user engagement and satisfaction by refining the user interface and ensuring seamless navigation. The project will involve analyzing user feedback, identifying pain points, and proposing design improvements. The team will apply principles of user-centered design and leverage their knowledge of React, Typescrypt and UX/UIO design to create a more intuitive and efficient platform experience. This project will allow learners to apply classroom knowledge in real-world scenarios, focusing on user experience design within the context of financial technology.

The deliverables for this project include a comprehensive report detailing user feedback analysis, identified pain points, and proposed design improvements. Additionally, the team will create wireframes and prototypes of the redesigned user interface. These deliverables will provide Alcove Ridge Consulting LLC with actionable insights and tangible design concepts to enhance the PrivateMarkets.ai platform.
