ServiceNext Inc. is seeking to enhance the user experience of its customer service platform to improve user satisfaction and engagement. The current platform, while functional, has received feedback regarding its navigation complexity and visual appeal. The goal of this project is to redesign the user interface to make it more intuitive and visually appealing, ensuring that users can easily access the services they need. Students will conduct user research to identify pain points, analyze current design trends, and propose a new design that aligns with ServiceNext's brand identity. This project will allow students to apply their knowledge of UX/UI design principles, user research methodologies, and prototyping tools. The project will challenge students to think critically about user needs and design solutions that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Livrables

- A comprehensive user research report detailing findings from user interviews and usability testing.


- Wireframes and mockups of the proposed redesign, showcasing improved navigation and visual elements.


- A prototype of the redesigned user interface, created using industry-standard design tools.


- A presentation summarizing the research, design process, and final recommendations for ServiceNext Inc.
