I have had a great experience working on this project so far. It has allowed me to apply my knowledge from my classwork is a considerable benefit. My communication skills have already increased due to the many meetings and presentations we have. I was able to translate information for others and was able to understand what information I had been given. This industry project term is a time to learn, so I always tried to take in as much information as possible, drawing on my active listening skills. Also, Being exposed to different types of responsibilities increased my confidence not only as a professional but as a person in general. I have also developed my planning and organization skills due to juggling responsibilities becoming difficult at times, but it taught me to set small deadlines for myself. Sometimes deadlines were accomplished, and sometimes they were not. However, this project term is about learning. Being allowed to enhance my planning skills in the workplace as a student has been extremely valuable.
