The University of Sussex is very grateful to Art Yourself Alive for hosting a student group as part of our Student Consultancy Programme. They provided an interesting live business challenge for students to tackle part-time over a 4-week period. The majority of students taking part in the programme are from underrepresented backgrounds, often with low confidence, and they provided a supportive space that empowered students to develop transferable skills, including team work, communications and delivering a business-style presentation. Thank you again for taking part in the programme.

Organisation: Art Yourself Alive Client Contact: Vikki Parker, Founder, artywisdom@vikkiparker.com Industry/Sector: Social impact, wellbeing, creative arts Description: Art Yourself Alive is an advocacy organisation specialising in the use of creativity to support mental health and wellbeing, through workshops, Doodle Cafe, podcast & public speaking. Challenge Outline: I'd like to tackle the challenge of understanding the language being used by influencers to express how their service / presence communicates the benefit of engaging in self- care and supporting your own mental health. I'm particularly interested in the language that the age range of 18-30 responds to and engages with. The project would focus on competitor analysis and market understanding of the ways in which mental health is being talked about in that age range.
