Summerfolk Music Festival- Volunteer Training Program

Our annual SummerFolk music festival is just around the corner and we are looking for students to help us complete the technical aspects of our new online volunteer training program. We would like to collaborate with students to design a high-level training program based on our provided objectives. This should include templates, processes, strategy, and implementation guidelines. We also appreciate insight on recommended training and development areas. Student tasks may include, but are not limited to: Document the current state of our volunteer recruitment process Create visualizations, i.e (Visio or data flow diagrams) to help us identify strengths and pain points in our recruitment process Assess our current process and make recommendations for improvements and efficiencies Document and map a target state process that we can use to train our team on the new process Conduct research, produce reports, and recommend changes in human resources practices.
