Doing the ripe in the sun was very difficult and hard and stressful

learned a lot things about food trucks, rules bylaws in different provinces, overall I have very good experience with food truck association classes.

This project was a lot of fun especially doing all the research within communities

The students greatly benefited from the learning experience, as Mackenzie's enthusiasm for the projects was contagious and positively impacted them.

The project was enlightening and open new horizon to food business in Canada. The Project Manager was well organized with set goals and objectives. More database for related projects is needed for better understanding of the sector.

It was a good experience

Working with the Food Truck Association of Canada was a dynamic learning experience for the law clerk students in my course. They describe a supportive and organized relationship with the FTAC representative that required them to apply their research skills in a business setting. For many, it was the first time that they recognized the complexity of the needs of small business owners. It was a rich experience that I hope can be repeated in future years.

Very professional, courteous. They were available to work with us during non-business hours (eg weekends).
